About X-GenAI

X-GenAI is a sole proprietorship based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. For anything privacy-related, contact hello@x-genai.com.

What's collected and why

Contact form / email: name, email address, company name (optional), and your message, used only to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.

Call booking: handled by Cal.com, which processes the details you enter there (name, email, chosen time) under its own privacy policy.

Newsletter signup: your email address, used only to add you to the mailing list and send you the newsletter. Kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.

Analytics: cookie-less, privacy-friendly analytics that do not identify you. Google Analytics runs only if you explicitly opt in via the cookie banner.

Retention

Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business administration. Your data isn't sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and you can complain to the Dutch supervisory authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Email hello@x-genai.com to exercise any of these.
